Tangible Robots, Inc. — EggieNet Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on the EggieNet Platform operated by Tangible Robots, Inc., you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

EggieNet is a data collection management platform used to coordinate, upload, annotate, and manage egocentric video footage captured from wearable and action cameras (including DJI, GoPro, and similar devices) for the purpose of training artificial intelligence models.

3. Data Collection Participation

By participating in data collection activities through this platform, you grant Tangible Robots, Inc. a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, process, anonymize, and commercially license the video footage you upload.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the raw video footage you upload. By uploading, you grant Tangible Robots the license described in Section 3. Anonymized, processed datasets created by Tangible Robots from your footage are the intellectual property of Tangible Robots.

7. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Tangible Robots may terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Termination removes your personal account data but does not retroactively remove anonymized footage already included in processed datasets.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The EggieNet platform is provided "as is." Tangible Robots makes no warranties regarding uptime or data availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tangible Robots is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email and by a notice on the platform. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
